No. Each bus has a designated loading list and does not stop at every location. It is essential that you are at the location you were originally booked for, as space is reserved based on your assigned bus.

Failure to be at the correct pick-up location may result in there being no available seat for you.

If you want to travel with friends it is best to book your travel in the same booking, separate bookings cannot guarantee that you will get to travel on the same coach as a different booking even if lifting from the same location.

Yes, you can buy a ticket to travel one way although this will be at the same price as a return ticket.

If you plan to only travel one way, please let the driver know if you are not coming home on the coach.

Not all coaches have toilets; therefore we recommend using one before boarding the coach. Some coaches do have toilets although they are not allowed to be used while driving.

While on the way to Dublin concerts, all coaches will stop at one of the Service stations on the way to Dublin. This will be a 10-15 minute stop to allow passengers to have a comfort stop.

On the way home from concerts there will be no comfort stops as service stations will be closed and therefore there are no toilets. The driver can not stop in unsafe places to let passengers of for a comfort stop.

We do not recommend passengers to eat on the coach while travelling due the allergies of other passengers as well as passengers getting travel sick. We do not allow hot food onto the coaches under any circumstances.

Alcohol is by law not allowed to be consumed on any bus/coach, and therefore we do bag checks to ensure that there is no alcohol is brought onboard the coach. Any alcohol found will be put into the luggage compartment under the bus/coach and can be retrieved when getting off the bus/coach.

Each coach driver has a list of names as to who is traveling on the coach. The driver will only let people on the list onto the coach.

The coach should be parked where you were dropped off at for the concert, if for any reason the coach needs to be moved, it is normally in the same parking area for coaches, although the drivers will be looking out for the passengers that came on
their coach.

We do although recommend taking note of the coach park before leaving the coach to go to the concert or dropping a pin drop to help you get back.

The driver will phone the number left when booking to see where passengers are, this is why it’s important to have the correct phone numbers when booking.

All drivers will do their best to have all passengers onboard before leaving, although there are occasions there the driver must leave, the driver will only leave when they have tried to get in contact with the passenger and they can’t be located or there has been no response.

The driver can only wait so long on passengers as they have other passengers onboard that they also have a duty of care to.

We aim for our coaches to be on time, although occasionally there is a delay, due to traffic. Please wait or if you have any concerns, please contact Mid Ulster Concert Travel and we can find out it the coach is far away.
